Purdue Winterization

Early Saturday morning students from the CSC joined hundreds of Purdue students at St. Thomas of Aquinas to kick of this years Purdue Winterization.

Winterization is a community service project in which students from Purdue University assist in preparing the yards and homes of the elderly and disabled in Tippecanoe County for winter.

Volunteers spent time raking leaves, cleaning gutters, washing windows, trimming shrubs, and many other winterizing tasks for the residents. This year Purdue students were able to help 133 residents winterize their homes. Overall it was a wonderful time of fellowship and service!
